Read below Nusfjord Drift AS terms and conditions
Nusfjord Village & Resort is the official public name of Nusfjord Drift AS. Unless otherwise agreed, the following rules apply.
1. Introduction
These booking terms and conditions form the basis of your contract with Nusfjord Drift AS. In the following booking conditions, ‘you’ refers to the party leader/individual requesting the booking, and ‘we’ and ‘us’ refer to Nusfjord Drift AS. By acknowledging these terms and conditions, the client confirms they are authorized to make the booking on their own behalf and that of their party. Upon receipt of the fully completed booking process, we will issue a booking confirmation outlining arrangements.
2. Rate Guarantee
Once the booking is completed and accepted by the submission of the confirmation email to the address provided by you, the agreed price of the booking is fully guaranteed by us and will not be subject to any surcharge. Please refer to clause 9 of these terms and conditions for exceptions to our rate guarantee.
Note: The rate guarantee does not apply to invoice errors or government action.
3. Age restrictions
A booking is binding when confirmed, and you have received a booking number. This can be through verbal confirmation, in writing, or through our booking system. To book rooms at Nusfjord Village & Resort, you must be 18 years or older. Failure to present proof of age at check-in gives us the right to cancel the reservation at full cost.
If the booked rooms are for a minor (under 18 years old) unaccompanied by an adult, the parent or guardian must provide written confirmation upon arrival at the hotel.
4. Arrival and departure
Check-in is from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out time is from 08:00 – 11:00 on the departure day. If you wish to check out earlier, please let us know in advance.
5. Cancellation, amendments and no show
5.1 Individual reservations
All cancellations and reductions, whether for accommodation, meals, or activities, must be made in writing. Deadlines depend on the size of the original signed confirmation and the extent of the requested changes. Cancellation terms also apply to Covid-related reasons, including travel bans or entry restrictions. Guests are advised to obtain travel insurance to cover Covid-related cancellations.
Any cancellation or reduction must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will not be refunded, and full reservation costs will be charged unless other arrangements are made in writing or specific rate conditions apply.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate any requested amendments after booking confirmation. Amendment requests must be issued in writing by the party leader.
No-shows will be charged in full.
5.2 Group bookings(10 people or more)
All cancellations and reductions, whether for accommodation, meals, or activities, must be made in writing. Cancellation terms also apply to Covid-related reasons, including travel bans or entry restrictions. Guests are advised to obtain travel insurance to cover such cancellations.
Cancellations or reductions must be made at least 60 days prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed in writing or different rate conditions apply.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate any requested amendments after booking confirmation. Amendment requests must be issued in writing by the party leader.
No-shows will be charged in full.
Participant list and program:
No later than 30 days before the event, the hotel must receive the final alphabetical list of attendees and a detailed program, including activities and meals.

6. Cancellation due to Illness
The hotel will charge the full stay. Guests are advised to have valid travel cancellation insurance.
7. Payment
Our hotel accepts all major credit cards.
Invoices or vouchers must be arranged and agreed upon in advance. If necessary, an invoice can be sent.
8. Liability for damage
The individual making the reservation is responsible for any damage to people, buildings, or furniture caused by negligent or intentional misconduct.
All rooms are non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed at Nusfjord Village & Resort.
A penalty fee of NOK 2000 applies for cleaning a room where smoking has occurred or where pets have been housed.
9. The hotel’s responsibilities
If the hotel cannot offer you a room as agreed, you are entitled, without additional costs, to a similar room at the hotel or an equivalent hotel.
Before booking, please ensure that the hotel has the facilities you need.
10. Force Majeure
Unpredicted events (Force Majeure) (strikes, lockout, fire, lack of deliveries etc.) gives both parties the right to terminate the agreement without liability.
11. Right to Amend Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend any of these Terms and Conditions as necessary, without prior notice.
